Classic Case：Dazhou First People's Hospital
The hospital covers a land area of approximately 223 mu with a floor area of about 229,000 square meters and 1,300 inpatient beds. It has built advanced information systems in line with the standards for 3-star Smart Hospital and Level 5 Electronic Medical Record System, and realized interconnection and homogeneous medical services with Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital. Our company undertook the construction of its information project with a total budget of 160 million RMB. The project covers 9 major systems as detailed below：
1. Overall Hospital System Migration Service
End-to-end migration of legacy and new systems, including Building Intelligent Integrated Management System, Hospital Information System (HIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), Electrocardiogram Information System, and Surgical & Anesthesia Clinical Information System.
2. Security Automation System (SA)
Video Security Monitoring System, Access Control & Smart Card System, Intrusion Alarm Terminals, Parking Fee Management & Parking Guidance System, Electronic Patrol Terminals, and Elevator Five-party Communication System.
3. Communication Automation System (CA)
Communication Network & Cable Television System, Computer Network System, Generic Cabling System, VSAT Satellite Communication System, Property Management Wireless Intercom System, and Public Address & Fire Emergency Broadcast System.
4. Office Automation System (OA)
Multimedia Conference System, Information Guidance & Release System, Multimedia Inquiry & Display System, and Public Large-screen Display System.
5. Building Automation System (BA)
Building Equipment Control & Management System, Energy Metering Management System.
6. Medical Service System
Surgical Teaching System, Outpatient & Pharmacy Queuing Management System, Clock System, and Intelligent Pharmacy System.
7. Data Center Room (Including Core Switches)
Equipped with 2 data centers, 6 sets of micro-modules and 66 cabinet systems. It acts as the deployment platform for network devices, as well as the hub for data aggregation, storage and application.
8. Class-3 Cybersecurity Classified Protection System
In accordance with the Level 3 requirements specified in the Basic Requirements for Classified Protection of Cybersecurity, a full set of security devices including internet behavior management system, vulnerability scanner, firewall, intrusion prevention system, network gatekeeper, bastion host and security situational awareness platform are deployed to establish a robust technical security protection framework.
9. Medical Software Servers
The configuration includes 29 servers and 5 storage devices, along with one virtualization system supporting 12 virtual machines and one DMZ system. It provides solid hardware infrastructure for professional medical systems (HIS, PACS, LIS, HRT, etc.), building intelligent management systems and security management systems.
